CCIE Guarantee FAQ

What is the small print?
The guarantee is as follows:

In the unlikely event a student attends the program and does not pass the CCIE on the first attempt, we will pay for the students next attempt.

We will pay for the cost to register for a second CCIE attempt (up to $1400) directly to Cisco Systems. In order to qualify for this guarantee, you must attend the complete program including both live training sessions and a minimum of 75% of the online sessions. You must attempt the CCIE within three months after completing the program. This guarantee only covers the cost of the actual test (currently at $1400). Travel and all other expenses are not covered.

How do I collect the guarantee?
Simply contact us. Please pick a new date for your second CCIE attempt. Once you register for your second attempt, we will pay for your second attempt directly to Cisco Systems.

What happens if I can not attempt the lab within 90 days of completing the course?
We highly encourage you to attempt the lab soon after completing the course. If there are circumstances preventing you from attempting the test within 90 days of completing the program, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances of your request and may extend the deadline. We may ask you to spend an evening with one of our instructors reviewing any materials that may have changed since you attended the course.

How can you make the guarantee?
This program is a modified version of a CCIE training program we developed that ran for over three years at a major Cisco Certification training partner. We have used careful statistical analysis of the passing rates of the hundreds of students that attended the program. We know what it takes to pass the CCIE, and what students need in a training program. The primary instructor and course designer, Paul Borghese, has over nine years experience in teaching CCIE training.
